This one is Harmen's meal. It is really tasty one, quick and cheap as well. Very good to eat on a regular basis.
YOU NEED: Chicken meat (one chicken breast per portion), spring onions, normal onion, garlic, soy sauce ("ketjap" at the picture), spicy Sambal Sauce, rice. Optional: Carrots (my addition), chili, also Sambal Sauce can be optional (when I cook, I don't use it at all)
Step 1: Cut the meat into pieces and cook them on the pan. At the same time, prepare rice.
Step 2: Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces (for garlic can be used garlic press)
Step 3: Add the onion and garlic to the chicken once the chicken is all white.
Step 4: This step is optional. If you like carrot and you want to add it, you can do it now. Simply peel carrots, cut them and add to the pan.
Step 5: In the meanwhile don't forget to your rice! Once it is done, pour the water. The best way is to set timer for the rice, because you will be probably very busy with the pan.
Step 6: After like 2 - 3 minutes with carrots on the pan, add soy sauce and cook for like 5-6 minnutes. It will make it all so brown.
Step 7: Add a spoon or two of Sambal sauce and also some chili if you want. Be careful at this step, only that much that you like and are able to eat.
Step 8: Cut the spring onions and add them to the pan. Stir for like 2 minutes.
Step 9: Finally, add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
