Tagliatelle met courgette en citroen

Hi! I am back after 4 months of not cooking. So glad I can bring you  my favourite recipe that I love so much. It is pasta with zucchini and broccoli. The recipe is originally from Albert Heijn recipes, so therefore is the name in dutch. However I am skipping the meat :)

YOU NEED: pasta, cooking butter, garlic, zucchini, broccoli, whipped cream, lemon


At the beginning I have to warn you, this one is a bit harder to handle. You have to take care of three pots and pens at the same time. It made me so nervous first few times I cooked it. However, don't give up. It is definitelly worth it!

STEP 1: Prepare a big pot and fill it with water. Let it boil. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces, exactly how you can see at the first picture. When the water is boiling, put broccoli in there - for 5 minutes! No longer, otherwise it will not be good. 


STEP 2: Prepare pot for pasta, boil water and cook pasta according the instructions. 
STEP 3: Prepare pen, put cooking butter and slice two or three cloves of garlic.
STEP 4: Slice zucchini with cheese slicer and then add to pan. 
STEP 5: After few minutes, peel the lemon and then squeeze it. Both, peel and juice, add to the pan. 

STEP 6: Add wipped cream and broccoli to the pan. Mix everything and cook for very last few minutes. 










STEP 7: Serve pasta with sauce.
